Prerelease Software Notice

Kontainers is currently prerelease software and is subject to breaking changes until version 1.0.0 is released.

Kontainers is designed to be flexible and support multiple use cases. However, for version 1.0.0, most Kontainers documentation is limited to use cases in which you want to run one or more OCI / Docker images both in your local development environment and as part of your project's CI/CD flow.

Kontainers are extremely useful for running integration tests, such as when you need to stand up one or more Kontainers for the duration of an integration test and then have them torn down and cleaned up for you.

Kontainers provides integrations with common testing frameworks and service frameworks.

Dependencies​

Kontainers packages are not yet available on Maven Central. Add our packagecloud repository to your build file to use Kontainers.
